The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with elevators available to access all floors and clear signage throughout the property. It made getting around much easier for someone like me who appreciates a bit of extra assistance.

For a better vacation for senior people, I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the children working there. Perhaps a little more attentiveness and consideration towards the unique needs of older guests would have made the experience even more delightful.

I recently stayed at Camellia 5 for 5 nights during my visit to Hanoi. The hotel's location on a herb-filled street in the old quarter was a delightful sensory experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with an efficient air conditioning system. The presence of a lift was a convenient bonus. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
